And yes, Quality will be evaluated to OEM standards.

Well, I have to go against the consensus here. While the craftsmanship looks first rate and the vents are a very cool touch (no pun intended) I just don't like the raised cowl on the thing at all. Looks too old school muscle car for the Crossfire, and I would miss the grooves in the hood too. My opinion, nothing more. Nothing in this world appeals equally to everyone though.
Still, top notch work on the hood, no doubt about that.

The more aggressive look will fit nicely with the srt6.
Not to mention it will make the crossfire look less Chrysler like.
Could just me, but I dont like seeing the Sebring with many of the design ques as the crossfire all streched to hell and back.
Thanks Mad Med

Looks amazing, and I am definitely interested. One thing that I noticed, is that the vents are angled. To me, it seems like the vents should run parallel with the cowl. Is there a reason that they are angled away from the cowl? Thanks for all of your effort on this project.

I asked about the concern! I was told the shadows give that slight angel offset appearance.....

Re: Vented Carbon Fiber Hood Design Status
The overall price will be strictly based on how many individuals join us in a bulk buy. I will provide the different price breaks in the next week or two. Nevertheless, it seems as if there will not be an issue collecting 20 deposits to meet the bulk buy minimum. I’m currently negotiating the terms and conditions pertaining to the bulk buy. The only issues the design team faced which are considered out of scope from the initial purchase contract were related to the hood latching mechanism, the carbon fiber front wing design effort, and the overall hood dimensions. I take full responsibility for the mix up in dimensions which caused them to purchase material in the wrong length, and I also take responsibility for pushing them to make carbon fiber front wings. As far as the latch is concerned, that effort was a must and will be lightly reflected in the final price. Stay posted!

What kind of cover is going in the vents? A nice mesh with solid under it?
(that would make my idea much easier)

I asked about the concern! I was told the shadows give that slight angel offset appearance... As far as the vented covers are concerned, it suppose to be the closed mesh product that we see on most cars today.

Fantastic! I do think all SRT owners and/or sport rally racers should consider this. I wouldn't mind it for my NA, but I'm already getting vintage muscle cars wanting to race me just because of my exhaust
A strong maybe when I win my SRT at the CAA.
