I know one case in particular in great detail.
Letting the tooling go in these cases can lead to a market swamped with parts.
Just saying.

Raw material and labor has a price. So if there's anything, I'll expect the opposite from a cost perspective...

Thanks to Med, Paul, Rudy and Vince's Brother we where able to get his hood late last night, No where as late as Med and his father have been out but late
The hoods were loaded up and brought by Vince's location where he wheeled himself out to see, Making this one of the best days for him in along time!!
I can not thank you guys enough for this!!
The hoods are of very high quality and packaged very well exceeding are expectations by a mile... Med has done an exceptional job on this endeavor!!
Some pictures his brother took when they were unloaded: (Not the best but pictures)

Pics looks amazing. Props to everyone involved with it.
So does this mean if at a later date I should happen to fender bender I can call your guys with the mold and they can make me one (at a higher than group buy price obviously) ??? That would be convenient. Though I'd hate to get in a fender bender.

I really appreciate the complements. These past three days have been crazy. My intentions are to provide the shipping and handling invoice to everyone else over paypal. Anyone interested in picking hood's up in Saint Louis MO. to avoid shipping still must pay the $50 handling cost. Remember the forum bulk buy only covered production.

Take your time. My plan was to provided directions. Since you guys could not wait....
1. Please instal hood bolts one at a time... left, right, left, right.... It's helps everything line up perfectly centered at the end. (The same way we bolt up wheels).
2. Please lower hood stoppers all the way before lowering the hood and I would recommend placing a 3inX3in square of Dynamat or another type of metal based material in that area where the hood would come in contact with the stoppers. ( Increase durability in a high contact area) that's what I'm doing.
3. Most places say don't use the stock hood prop to protect the company. So don't use them". Nevertheless, if you do use it, open and close the hood on the driver side.
4. The slotted hood latch can be adjusted by sliding it forward before tightening the bolts.
I'll work on getting instructions with pictures out next week.
As far as another bulk buy, I can't make that call right now. Basically because I'm very in the negative right now due to people pulling out of the bulk buy after paying their deposits. As a result, I had to front their remaining balance to prevent holding up the bulk buy. I also had to front the bulf buy handling charges. So, another bulk buy would be a long shot right now, but that may change if everything works out.
Thanks,
Med
