Head/Fog Lamp Beam Adjustment

All,
This from the 2005 Owners Manual with reference to subject adjustment:

"A detailed service procedure is contained in the manufacturer’s Service

Manual". Okay, I'll bite. WHERE THE HELL IS IT ?????? There's all manner of bulb replacement info and troubleshooting in the Lamps/Lighting External Service Information (Section 8L), but zilch on how low/high beam or foglamp beam adjustment. The search thread here essentially says trial and error, diddle with 'em, etc. WHERE'S THE FACTORY PROCEDURE ???
