Default HIDExtra.com HID's for $60 shipped

Hey all,

Currently over on MBWorld.org there is a deal going right now that you can get full HID kits (ballast, bulbs, wires, etc.) for $60 shipped.

Use fspecial-m as the promo/coupon code...

I just ordered mine.

If you want to read some reviews and such here is the thread:
http://www.mbworld.org/forums/group-...d-members.html

P.S. I have no affiliation with the seller...I just thought I would pass this along to anyone who was looking for HIDs.

P.S.S. Low beams are H7, High beams are H7, fogs are 9006....just FYI so you don't have to go seraching.

HEY! The link doesn't appear as a hyperlink on my display.

Can someone copy-n-paste it here for me?

Thanks, I would like to order a pair for the Accord.

I've had my HID low beams installed for about three weeks now. No issues whatsoever. Mine take about 3 seconds to warm up, but that is fairly normal with HIDs. The install is not too bad, but definitely take a look at max's thread about the install... it is a stick in the 'exterior & lighting' section. helps a ton.

my install took me about 2hours and that was only because it took me about 30minutes to get off the radiator reservoir...
hint: pull with teh angle of the grommet not against it haha

all in all i'm very pleased with them. they have great projection and are nice and white. i will take pictures of them sometime soon...i got the 6000k and they are pretty darn white...

so all in all, i'm happy.

Hmm so 6000K is pure white or would you say there is a bluish hue? I think on their site they say 5000k is Crystal White or whatever and then 6000k has a blue to it. I'm probably going to order low beam and foglight so I wanna nail the color the first time round. Any chance of some pics Zahanma?

EDIT: Also, any issues with the lamp-out dummy light after install?

6000k for me is just blue. When close up it's bluish white. From a distance it just seems like it's pure blue. Hope that helps anyone!

i got the 4300K and it's very white. some posts had color temp with associated lumins and lums when down as color goes up. i also saw 4300K is OEM so that's the color i wanted. also, my kit does not lit the bulb out lite in the dash.

Yes, normally 6000k is blue...real blue. however, after reading on mbworld about what everyone order...6000k is what was the pure white. their labels are probably wrong...i'll try to take garage pics this weekend.
