I've ordered mine and should have them in a day or so.

As I understand, the biggest challenge is removing the existing three side strakes (the three parallel bars) as they are partly secured by double-sided tape and by tabs from the strakes into holes in the body.
If anyone has removed those side strakes and wishes to post advice, I'd love hearing about it before I start the process.
Once the existing stuff is off the car, the rest is easy -- the grilles secure by double-sided black tape pads and the stakes are re-attached using tape and the tabs.
I guess I will discover how easy it is once I start.

I am convinced these grilles are solid stainless steel -- by the feel, the texture, the weight, the strength. One image shows a black plastic "pad" that will be installed behind the grille. I havent started install process as I need to get some supplies, namely double-sided adhesive tape to re-mount the silver strakes. I will photo the install process once I start.
