Looking for SRT wing
Re: Looking for SRT wing
Your first obstacle is to aquire the wing and mounting plate. After that I can give you specific directions on how to resolve the light and beep issues.
I had to buy the complete hatch (used parts car) which included everything I needed. If you buy new, you need two major parts, the wing and the mounting plate.

Re: Looking for SRT wing
Is this a popular enough swap for somebody to actually get busy and start producing a "carbon fiber" version of the SRT6 wing?
The reason I ask, is because I had every intention of installing a SRT wing on my car, even before I found it. But after spending a couple of weeks with my 04, I got hooked on the novelty of the NA's wing going thru its paces. Later on though, I got put off by the attention it got from "ricers" every time I reached highway speeds, and that's why I installed the "kill" switch.
I still like the way the Crossfire looks all three ways (SRT style, or NA style "aroused or relaxed). But lately seeing the SRT wing on Crossfires of a different color, it's renewed my interest.
Any CF fabricators out there interested?

I am 100% torn, I have never been one to try to make a car something it is not, at first I thought it was an NA trying to look like an SRT, then I drove behind James for a few hundred miles to the dragon and really liked the look. I would entertain some quotes on a GB for CF or even just painted FG.

I only mentioned carbon fiber because it's "lighter" and can still be painted.
