Default Chrysler ME412 Style Crossfire Hood

What do people think about a hood like this? Something worth putting a group buy together for?

Thanks and enjoy!

Is that a reverse-cut intake style? Or just paint?

It's very nice. I just happen to really like the OEM hood.

Carbon? I'm on board. But I could do without those lines from the OE hood?

Probably wouldn't work on an SRT-6 as the engine cover touches the hood liner. I don't think there would be clearance.

If it did, I would consider it.

You know, the more I look at the hood the more I think the lines should stay.

How about a little more like the ME412>Push to the outside and leave the raised rib lining up with the strake in the center of the scoop.
I saw a more ideas at the LA auto show.
I really like the New Benz SL65 hood it's simular but has raised edges and rear vented openings, but blend the ME 412 and it together!! Or add a 3 ports with it, like the green viper.. Heck blend all.

Tried that and it looked very much out of place.

I think if you blend the edges up like the SL65s that will help make them look deeper wityhout going downward, and the tie in the Chrysler strakes of the me412 with that. The Bens opening are wide and on the angle like you have it just try the higher edges look of the Benz.
