I used plenty of PlasticX on it and it looks remotly better, far from perfect, I think a few more sessions will improve on it more. I tried a more aggressive polish also and it was much poorer results causing swirls. It seems Plastic X is the way to go.

well the stuff i am speaking of is a kit thats like 20 that comes with plastic gloves and all this stuff and it takes like 20 min to do it all. also a cheaper way for anyone that wants to try it is break fluid. i no it sounds wierd but try it. it will work 90 percent of the time i promise.

Brake fluid! That's some nasty and strong stuff. Strong enough even to eat away at the plastic I bet if you leave it on there. I rather try something gentle repeatedly and rub it in then go the way of such an powerful chemical.

nooo break fluid will not eat away or cause any problems with the plastic. and you do not let it dry haha. it actually breaks down any residue on the lens and seals some scratches. i was told to try it on my 3000gt and was skeptical, searched online and found out its common. tried it there and it worked. crossfire i could use on it but i am getting this kit for free and it seals the scratches fully =)
