From the website:

We're Sorry
This site requires the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 or Later
Why can't I use another browser?
This site has some cool features that simply do not work in other browsers. Since you probably have Internet Explorer on your system anyway, that means our fine products, great prices, and twenty-five plus years of experience are just a click away. Please take the extra step. You'll be glad you did.
Sorry, what "cool" features can your web developer not get to work in Firefox? Will these "cool" features help put your products in my hands? Will they make my online shopping any easier? Gee, what if a visitor to your website uses an Apple computer - do you prefer not to sell those folks??

Sorry, but as someone who dabbles in web design I find it extremely annoying in this day and age that this nonsense exists. It's like asking shoppers at a brick and mortar store to learn some stupid secret handshake before they can open your front door.

Have a look at www.paintscratch.com for paint codes, custom filled spray cans of various sizes, painting materials for professional painting systems, etc. And they don't seem to care what browser you're using.

It's absolutely infuriating and simply inexcusable. The shoppers' browsers are none of the merchants' business. When I encounter these sites (fortunately, they are few and far between now), I send them emails complaining about their lousy customer service. Is it just laziness, or does Microsoft make it worth their while somehow?

From paintscratch.com

Color Description Color Code
Black Clearcoat 040/9040/P41/PXB
Sapphire Silver Metallic Clearcoat 368/5368/BS3
Blaze Red Cry. Metallic Clearcoat 591/3591/ARH
Graphite Metallic Clearcoat 759/7759/ZDR
Alabaster 960/9960/P61
Sapphire Silver Metallic Clearcoat S3/PS3
Classic Yellow Clearcoat 695/1695/CY3

Oyster Gold Crystal Metallic Clearcoat 678/1678/DTB

Sparkle Silver Metallic Clearcoat (Wheel Color) PAK-W

To my knowledge if you order touch up paint from a dealer they use the last three alpha-numerics as the code.

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to find some touch up paint for the rims of a limited. paintscratch.com doesn't recognize the Sparkle Silver Metallic Clearcoat (Wheel Color) PAK-W when looking for it on their website. Do you have some suggestions ?

Cheers
