Default Removing Stickers

Hey fellas...It looks like I am in need of your help again. Hehe... I purchased my srt about a month ago for a steal price and in very good condition, but it came with some vinyl graphic sticker that I didn't much like, but i believe that it can't be too difficult to remove it.

It two thin lines stretching from the front side vents to the rear bumper about a cm in thickness. Can you guys give me some advice on how I can remove it without scratching the car or leaving any kind of marks that it was once there.

Thanks again
-Sid

use a blow dryer to heat up the vinyl... slide your finger nail under the stripe to lift it. the stripe will require heat to aid in the removal...

once removed use "goo gone" on a towel to remove any remaining adhesive.

then use a non-abrasive polish (meguiar's) on the paint surface to bring to a luster... the protect wth wax.

cheers!

I was just going to ask about emblem removal, would this be the best way to remove the crossfire letters from the rear of the car? without scratching it...

heat up each letter with a blow dryer & then use a piece of fishing line wiggling it back-n-forth underneath each letter until it falls off... do not loosen the letter and pull up on it... this may damage the paint.

once the letter is off... remove the adhesive foam by rubbing it back-n-forth with your finger until it comes off. then use "goo gone" to remove any remaining residue.

polish... then wax.
