I wouldn't either. His "buy it now" price is $150. I was interested in yours but you have another year to go on your lease.

Angry Re: McCulloch Xenon HID Conversion Kit

Seriously, I need some one to show me how to install the HID kit. I went to 2 places, including the chrysler dealer, and the couldn't install it for me. Now, I have tried to install it myself and I broke the HID bulb and I am pissed. I also dropped the spring inside the headlight and I can't get it out. WTF is happening??? I need a person, who have done it before, to show me how to install it step by step.

Sorry you are having problems. The pics Andrew posted should be good along with the instructions.
I'm not trying to be harsh but if it is above your abilities maybe you should take it to a local mechanic or custom accessory place.
If you can't get the bulbs in make sure they are H7 and if they are and your still having trouble you could remove the lamp assembly and install the bulb on the bench.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

I agree 100% it was a pain for me. Putting the bulbs in is the hardest part.

I am very sorry that you are going through this much trouble installing the kit, but that is why you look for and pay professionals to do the install. I've worked at a few shops working on cars, and when I give people prices for some jobs, they think I am ripping them off. You obviously can't install the HID kit properly, so before you break anything else and cost yourself more money, find someone who knows how to do it.

Well, I'm mad cuz I went to 2 professionals to do it for me, but they couldn't. What they said is that the couldn't put the spring back around the HID bulb. I really don't know what to do...

the spring goes the opposite way you would think... this is why no one can get it back in place... i fumbled trying to do the same thing... until i reversed the spring and it clips back in place as it should.

if i had my car... i would take some pics for ya.

Thank you for this info. This will help me. What do you mean "if you had..." your car? You don't have your car now?

If you did not take out your high beams you can look at the clip on those, it is the same h7 bulb.
