Re: What color is your Crossfire?
I thought I'd comment on the informal polling results of our Crossfire get together yesterday. Of the 9 cars at the gathering there were:
1 Alabaster Roadster
1 Blaze Red Roadster
1 Black Roadster SRT6 (or is it SRT6 Convertible?)
1 Graphite Coupe
1 Sapphire Silver Blue Roadster
1 Aero Blue SRT6 Coupe
3 Aero Blue Roadsters (1 with awesome Chrome 5 Spoke wheels and painted Calipers)
So I am a bit puzzled that the leader in the forum color poll show Sapphire Silver Blue in the lead among owners. It must be that people with this color have a stronger interest in letting others know.
My perception on the colors....you can't get a Crossfire in a bad color.
Lessons learned...don't settle on your color choice based on print or web images. I didn't make a mistake buying my Sapphire Silver Blue Roadster...I love this car...but I regret passing up the Blaze Red without seeing it in person. My decision was swayed by the web...or should I say bad web photography. You will buy the color you like best....but I repeat...you can't get a Crossfire in a bad color.
Added by Edit as an afterthought:
We also encountered 1 other Graphite Coupe at the Orphan Car Show, and 1 Blaze Red Roadster somewhere between Auburn Hills and Ypsilanti.
