Sounds a bit pricey. We bought our from Kings, Gloucester, a Chysler/MB dealer at the end of December with 7,000 miles at £18,200 for a manual. We could have had an auto for another £1k but I preferred the manual as it was more involving.

If you're in the states try
www.carmax.com
The on-line price is the price you will pay.
They WILL NOT negotiate any further, (I tried) but they don't need to.
You could fly into Atlanta, LA or Orlando and still pocket a significan t cost savings.
I bought my 2004 there in October and saved over $9,000 over MSRP and $3,000 less than any local dealer was willing to sell for.

Good Luck !

I know us Brits like to go to New York for weekend shopping, but we normally squeeze a couple of pairs of Levi's into our suitcases.
