Nice job Howard.

When I saw you were using SSbraided line, I thought you were going with a mechanical gauge. I assume there isn't enough room to install the sender on the engine?

James . I couldn't really find a suitable spot on the engine , I had thought about the location of the rubber bushing (for lack of a better word) that help hold the stock enjine cover down , but decied to run it back to the firewall. this was a fairly easy and clean install and is well out of the way of the belt if the belt where to break or come off it would not effect the fitting . pull the fan and belt and your there.

Lantana TX , , Probably so

This looks pretty good for the gauge , sender & wiring : ( $64.99 w/free shipping )
Blue Digital LED Oil Pressure Gauge

But you are correct, need the banjo with 90 degree bend and the bolt specifics .......

( also, where the heck do you put the gauge ????? ) - never mind on this too. I see hcarter's sig says "Tri Pillar Pod w/GlowShift Gauges"

never mind, posted AFTER hcarter replied.

total cost : @ $50 for hardware, $65 for gauge = $115

Howard,
that is a GREAT install job.... I actually have 3 banjo bolts here as I was trying to find a better way to do that too.... so now I have another option if I decide to add an oil gauge later......

That should get you a reading to your daq . Rudy can get you in the right direction as far as a sensor.. I'm running mine to a gauge ,with the fuel rail pressure, and Boost ,everything else I get from my daq,
