Exclamation p0140 Careful when removing hoses!!!

Hi all, I too am plagued by the elusive code p0140. To make this short, I was trying to change my cracked hoses and when trying to change them one was so cracked that it disintegrated while I was trying to remove it. (the one circled in red) Its the hose that runs from the intake manifold turning valve to under the manifold. Well now to make things worse, it seems that the hose goes into a female connection instead of a male, and since the hose seems to be melted stuck in there it wont come off by simply pulling it since it breaks as soon as I tug on it. Its really tight in there so now I have to remove the whole manifold just to get to remove that little bugger. Im gonna go based on the service manual to do this job. By the way, thanks onehundred80 for providing the image from the service manual!

Well anyways, I will get to work on it tomorrow and I will let you all know how it goes(and post some pictures too), if someone has some tips or other warnings I would really appreciate them.

There is a thread on here somewhere about that hose/connection, I didn't search.
But I do remember that it is a real beatch, guy had to remove and disassemble the manifold, then find a suitable connector, then struggle to get it attached and sealed.
