Your going to hate me but my guess is 265 ..... on a Mustang dyno. That's more than my SRT-6 put down stock. But I'll bet the torque turns out to be huge.

I hate to be another pessimist but i like to go against the crowd. My bet is 270 even, assuming we're talking WHP, of course. (Still not that bad.)

I am usually on the high side with FI, so I will guess right around 260, sorry guys, but I have seen several NAs dyno at 160-170 WHP, so add 100...

Other builders would have loved to build a project for us, i know Rentech would have done it but the cost would been roughly $2-3k more. Oh i forgot to mention the project would be complete within a month no excuses. They live and breath mercedes.

I mean come on guys this project is worth atleast $75k assuming no one ever buys a turbo kit down the road. The build time and customer service is rubbish. And yes i had great intrest in this project, spoke with corky many times and got the run around each and every time.

I personally own 9 nutrition/sports supplement centers in FL and as i fellow business owner I am disgusted so far in the lack of respect and effort put fourth from BEGI.

I'm going with a safe 255 hp. I am most interested in the torque numbers. my past humble experience with turbo cars (Buick GN's) did not have an advertised high hp number but the torque they cranked out was remarkable for their time. I think that even with a lag at first the pull should be impresive once rolling. Its the torque that will push you back in the seat and shred tires and gears and universal's. It will be nice to see a traction control be of some use in an NA Crossfire. Looking forward to seeing the results.

Wow, with 17 bets so far there is a 68 HP difference. Didn't see this coming. Either some of don't know what the hell we are doing, some of us might know something or we just don't know what to expect.

I'm thinking that we will see no improvement on Tighed1's car, so it stays at the OEM spec.
Now that's pessimism for you.

My guess is that Corky is going to error on the side of caution and put together a package that stays together. A factory Turbo motor is not a stock motor with an add on. just like the SRT is not an NA with a supercharger added. Unless IMO the motor was rebuilt from the pistons down I would not want to run a great deal of boost. I would love to add one to my car, I have a good car for the add on. Brakes suspension shocks have all been upgraded. I would not want to try and make a car to hang with Jim, Howard Doc Mimi or the v-8 crowd. I am just tired of having to work at leaving minivans at lights or having Altimas shame me when I try and pass them. 35-40 hp and a good amount of torque will correct that and the motor and drivetrain should last.

Getting shamed by Altimas??? lol Time to check out your car because something is not right. My wifes 2012 Altima coupe will not touch this car in any contest except maybe ride comfort. Of course its not the 3.5 s.....
