Powdercoating valve covers... opinions on finish
Powdercoating valve covers... opinions on finish
So while I have them off to do the gasket fix i figured I would have them powdercoated, since they look kinda bleh plain, plus the oil staining on them needs to go.
This will end up going along on a black limited, along with a polished or ceramic coated intake manifold (just to give you an idea of what the colors would look like as a whole on the motor)
I'm debating between wrinkle coat red, or wrinkle coat black.

Re: Powdercoating valve covers... opinions on finish
Due to the butterflies or the gasket? I know the gasket is an issue of sorts, but with careful disassembly the gasket can be saved
I dont think i need to teflon coat the covers, the inside surface seems decent enough at shedding oil thus far. I'll just be coating the outside
