Well we're pretty confident with our power packages thus far and are ready to release a Stage 1 for the N/A boosting it to about 250 HP (it'll be higher but 250 sounds nice).
The kit will consist of CAI, ECU tune, and Injectors.
Price will start at 1K. It will include everything necessary to bolt on and go. We're gauging interest right now and will probably start packaging them in the next few weeks or so.
Details:
Stock HP 215
New HP 250
Stock Torque 229
New Torque 251
Increase: +35 Hp, +22 ft/lbs TQ
Price: $1,000.00
HP/$: 29

Re: Tvt250
I'm glad I saw this thread. I'm in CT and would do this in a heart beat. Once you have all the details down let me know and I'll drive down to you guys for the install. Where in NJ are you? How far away from Manhattan? I would bring the car down there so you could do the ECU tune and I would just stay the weekend at a hotel.
If you can get this up to 250hp crank for $1,000 than major kudus gentlemen. Remember also that we need it to be reliable and not harm the engine. Keep me updated via PM please. This is what I was looking for, a package so I don't have to go hunting for stuff.
While I'm down there I'd like to hear your exhaust. If you have it done let me know and I'll come by. The thing with youtube videos is that you can't really tell how stuff sounds in person.
With the NA package and you're exhaust what are your estimates? Dyno with exhaust and without just the NA package. thnaks

Re: Tvt250
We'll have dyno numbers posted later this week with full 6200 RPM runs and AFR.
This system will be totally reliable and extremely easy to live with on a day to day basis.
Stage 1 add ons will include: EGR block off plates (much cooler intake charge and less oil in intake stream resulting in higher effective octane of fuel), Thermostat (cooler engine pulls less timing and as a result you get more power), Upgraded plugs and wires (better idle, improved throttle response, and more power in the Upper RPMs).
This will be Stage 1+ and will net around 265 HP.
Stage 2 will include Stage 1+ and some additional power adders to bring the total up to about 280HP. Exhaust, pulleys, and lightened crank pulley will be in this pacakge.
That's about as fas as we've gotten right now.
We'll hit 300HP on the stock displacement and then take a break from this car for a little bit. I'm sure with 300HP available there will be many things to keep you occupied while we're away though.

you know i was thinking thats what it was after i wrote that. had to wait for your responce. now i'm tossing around the idea of more power, or wheels. i've told myself i'm going to get the cars looks handled first then start playing the power game and get the most out of my warrenty as my lack of funds will hold me back for. you're makeing me rethink a little.

The mail in will only be for the ECU but it looks like this sumer will be busy with cruises and a lot of the tuning can be done then as well.
Yes the parts will be sold seperately, but will be more cost effective in packages.
Right now we have all the parts to move forward on the Stage 1 kit, once we have a dyno posted we'll begin taking orders.
The oil cooler is deffinately a good idea and we will consider it in the future, but right now the ECU pulls so much timing I don't feel detonation would be an issue.
