Default Trunk Water Tank Questions

Some of you have or currently do run a trunkounted water/ice tank for your intercooler system. I acquired a tank setup for a different MB, but am thinking about some trunk possibilities. While there, I wanted to ask how others routed their water lines. There's a lot of concerns for reliability, safety and overall thermal effectiveness. What have you done? Pics or diagrams would be great!

Biggest thing is getting air flowing through exchanger to keep it cool. Eventually most every setup gets heat saturated. I use the OEM heat exchanger mounted in OEM position with two dedicated fans behind the heat exchanger with an addition quart of coolant running thru a tank under the hood and it gets heat soaked fast. Putting the tank in the trunk will help, but you need to help with air flow through the heat exchanger.

I'll be running a Killer Chiller. I was mainly thinking about the mechanics of plumbing. I can figure it out, but always better to see what others have done, first.
