Will not use Jet oil in supercharger.
Re: Will not use Jet oil in supercharger.
OEM size is,
1. In-dia. : 25mm
2. Out-dia. : 37mm
3. Thickness : 5.5mm (~7mm might be Ok)
4. Type : one dust rip + double seal
I installed same size with one seal then it leaks.

Re: Will not use Jet oil in supercharger.
Is the diameter on which the seal slips damaged? The face must not be highly polished, there is a prescribed finish for this face which allows a minute amount of oil to sit and lubricate the seal lip. It is this oil that escapes but it should not be very visible for a long time.
Extra springs will exert too much pressure over time and cause premature wear on the seal lips
Does your pulley bolt have the hole through its middle?

Re: Will not use Jet oil in supercharger.
OEM seal has one spring and mine is hollow bolt.
Clutch removed.
Cleaned.
Seal removed.
New seal.(from needswings)
But it leaked after 1~2week.
(I also put in-dia.1mm smaller type seal(24mm), it was too tight for rotating)

Re: Will not use Jet oil in supercharger.
You do not show the surface finish of the area on the shaft where the seal runs, too rough or too smooth will result in excess wear at that point.
Extra pressure from two springs will also lead to a faster failure of the seal in the long run. If the seal had needed extra pressure it would have had two to start with.
Replace the front bearing if it is worn.
