Default The two that got away...

Out of shear laziness & lack of knowledge. I let two amazing SRT6s fly right by me...

The first graphite SRT6 with 50k miles for $2500. With the description "shuts off while driving". Instead of calling in solidifing the deal, I waited til the next day... Only to call a very confused owner. That told me "Yeah I sold it... The guy came with a box (RCM) popped the hood put it in and drove off"...

The second an SRT6 120k aero blue faded paint and a drooping headliner. For $750 dollars. I hesitated, because the owner told me that he filled the car up with e85 and the car shut off. On this one, I did try to find a shop that could reliably drain the fuel. They are quoting ridiculous prices, telling me the fuel system was damaged and what not. Anyway he sells the car for $300... What was wrong with the car the alternator...

The deals are out their guys, happy hunting. Hopefully the 3rd one is the charm for me. Thankyou for the years of amazing advice and guidance.

What part of the country were these SRT6's located? It would appear they were not forum members, otherwise those SRT6's would have been repaired and running for minimal $$$. Keep looking for those uneducated owners, there's a steal out there!
Thanks for the post...

Both were in southern California the first was in Los Angeles the second was in San Bernardino County.

Here's a link to another one I just found today for $4,000 I'm sure you could haggle him down to $3000 (He's calling it a broken key more than likely an RCM)

Check out this item on OfferUp.
