5 Degree C Fan Mod
I had to redo my wiring to make the IC pump run all the time. I installed a switch to activate the relay and run the pump, but the ECU sees something is wrong, lights the cooling light, and disengages the supercharger.
Now I ran power directly to the IC pump from a new inline fuse connected to the 12v ignition switched terminal in the bottom of the fuse box. Works great, IC pump runs all the time now, thanks for asking about that Morphh.
I used to run 2 heat exchangers, but now I have the supercooler from Needswings.
Sweet2002, Phil from Eurocharged told me that they could not change the fan setpoint with a tune. Thus I ended up paying the dealership to do it

I'm going to check my IC pump. ec told me they made it run all the time with there tune.
I have been to the track twice. Ran 12.3s with the exhaust cutout closed and 12.2s with it open. My starting intake air temps were definitely lower, strangely, pretty much exactly 5 degrees C lower. I did not expect the change to correlate so closely with the coolant temperature.
I did not have my IC coolant reservoir installed. I had removed it for a very pleasant road trip in the mountains of North Carolina I took with my wife. That affected IAT a lot too. Comparing my data logs to prior runs, the IAT was stating 5 degrees C cooler, but ending 11 degrees C higher than before. 38 C to 74 C. That tank makes big difference. 43 C to 63 C would be typical before. It is back in now, but no logs yet.

It isn't a big difference. Your fan will come on at 83 C, but the thermostat will remain closed and the engine coolant will continue to warmup to 87 C. With the lower setpoint, your fan will run faster and cool the IC coolant a little more. But it will run very loudly on hot days.
