Default Wayyy tooo rich... need help

Car has been running SUUPER RICH since my last mods.. but today has been the day im concerned about the most! I was in a drive through today and the car randomly died and threw these codes P0172 p0150. I have catless downpipes on the car now and the rotten egg smell is unbearable! I put in 185mm pulley, 55 fuel pump, 550 injectors, updated ic pump and new EC tune on it last November and it had been running rich ever since, but as i say today has been the first day of the codes being thrown... there is even soot and carbon buildup on my bumber its so severe.. i need to lean it up immediately needless to say. Any suggestions? Obviously need a dyno tune.. anyplace close to Pensacola Florida
Thanks,
Mark

Wouldn't that be your tune then? If you say it's been running rich since a retune, why don't you get another? Closest shop I think is Tampa btw.

I couldn't get the 550cc injectors to work. Way too rich in the low RPMs and still lean over 5800. I was told they have better base maps to tune from now, but doesn't sound like that if you were just tuned in Nov. Either fix the tune or you may need to go with the adjustable full pressure setup (and retune)

Stock injectors can flood out the engine, bigger ones are over kill to the max. Boost the fuel line pressure if you want richer, I was running 23 psi and hit 9:1 with about 65 psi rail pressure. This is old news and yes the tune is an issue to fix. Do you even have a fuel air mixture gauge, and if not why not????????????? Woody
