Default looped fuel rail

Ive seen maybe one or 2 other members that have done this (not implying there isnt more than that) and they seemed to say the same thing about very limited toom behind the driver side EGR valve and having to modify that valve to make it work. I think that scared alot of people away from attempting this cause some just arent mechanically inclined.

The problem was that they were having straight pipe fittings welded onto the fuel rail, then attaching a 90 degree fitting in the added fuel line. Its a game of spare millimeters at that point.

I eliminated the straight pipe fitting and welded a 90 degree fitting directly to the fuel rail and have it kicked up on an angle to clear the driver side breather. I also welded on a "T" fitting in the passenger side to still be able to utilize my fuel pressure gauge. Enjoy.

Local hose and fittings company. They are just basic 90 degree fittings, i just cut one side if it off and filed it flat then butt welded them to the rail. Im still in mock up phase as far as fitting the actual fuel line, but with a 90 degree fitting on the fuel line, u can see i still have plenty of room.

Nice solution! Hope you don't mind if I copy it, I had been contemplating doing something similar but you already did the leg work. Very nice.
