Default Additional heat exchanger

Hello,i install 62 mm pulley after 65 and my iat s run hoter,65c in fourth gear,i have stock e55heat exchanger and can install it in front of stock cooler,have bosch 010 pump and i have question will the pump handle 2 heat exchangers and drop iat? Or water pressure will drop and there will be no effect ?ps i want to know what fuel mods i must do on 62pulley,thanks

A stock E55 heat exchanger is longer, deeper, shorter, double the capacity and there's not enough space for it in front of the stock H/E. With some modifications you can fit it in place of the stock one. I can't say if the stock pump is enough for dual heat exchangers if you find a way to get 2 in there.

You're going to need an SL55 fuel pump and 550cc injectors to feed that and an appropriate tune.

Wolf, the 62 is very near my 178/70 combo and I went with the SL55 pump, free flow filter and adjustable regulator. Then added a set of Bosch 550 cc inj's. Costly for an additional 2 psi of boost!

on slk s there is room in front of stock cooler with some modifying room,so i will try 2 coolers and show iat tests
on 62 mm and d cai my boost is 18.5 psi and i dont notice any fueling problems, maby the boost is low for 62 mm?

You will have to have 550 injectors, 55 fuel pump, upgraded IC pump, and if possible a killer chiller kit to help those IATs..
