Default Blue Button?

There's a 22,000 mile 6 at a dealership (JeffWylerFortThomas.net) in Kentucky. Anyone know what that blue button is......is that the passenger air bag button that's been modified..... or do all 6s have a blue button?

Picture would help. Where is the blue button ? On my '07 you have to open the passenger door to see the passenger air bag switch and it is black.
