Default Eurocharged

Hey guys just curious how long it took for your your tunes/pullies to be shipped from eurocharged? I ordered mine about a week and a half ago and they said it was in stock and as of today I haven't received a shipping confirmation number or anything idk if this is the norm or if I should try to contact them again.

With no tracking number, I'd give them a call.

I have been waiting for a pulley since mid September, as of last week they told me the pulley would be delivered to them on Friday, like you have not received shipping confirmation yet. I guess I need to contact them again as well. I know from prior communication with them that they ordered a batch of 50 S/C pulleys in September and that they had been waiting on delivery of that order...

Yea same with me thorn they told me over a month ago that they would be getting it in a week or so. So either they are getting screwed by the company they ordered from or they are just just want to keep us on the hook

If you want a pulley, you wait. It has been like that for parts for these cars from the get go. You will get them in due time...

I have NEVER heard of Eurocharged not providing an order to a customer.
These guys have a solid reputation here and I am sure there is a legit explantaion for the delay

Ummm... (raises hand).. at the time I ordered my wife's cars tune.. advertised in the case etc. Having already tuned mine I paid and turned around and emailed the file for tune. Had to remind them I still needed my "kit" since I did pay for it.. no discount having the setup already. About 2 weeks later my cable showed up.. no case. "We'll send you one when we restock"... and still waiting.. That was back Jan-Feb. My tune was a year earlier.. and still waiting on that orange sticker for under my wing..

And.. news to me.. but the tune doesn't need updated per them if you add 74mm and free flowing intake. Kinda went against everything everyone said on the forum.. but who am I to question..

We now return you to your regularly scheduled broadcast...

And Inmotion doesn't seem to be real speedy either.. emailed them a week ago and got a return email today requesting my phone number.. the only calls have been "Vote for ..." .. Wonder if Josh is doing tunes yet.. LOL

Yea I went with them because everyone talked about how good the customer service was so im hoping they are just swamped right now and that is the reason for the lack of communication and delay. I'm sure I'll be happy when it's installed and im behind the wheel

I an now months into waiting to get a replacement for a BAD pulley. Defect failure. LOVED how the tune and pulley worked. But the pulley split in half they told me they discontinued and threw away all the small pulleys. They said I would get a pulley in a few weeks, now months later not a word and no return calls. Posting on the forums perhaps will shake a response out of them.

I would try Cryo treating the next pulley I put on. Now running my stock pulley.
Every company has issues some times but the good ones let you know and how they are working through it, this has not been the case with eurocharged so far with me.

So like I said before I just hope they are working on a kick **** replacement part for us.

Eurocharged what say you?

Got an email tonight from Philip Bulderbergs @ Eurocharged.. Now thats cool.
How much you want to bet its just a hiccup as I said in the other thread.

Will tell you the car pulled freakishly hard with that pulley. I need that

Took over a week to get a retune from them a few months back. They have seriously slacked in the last year when it comes to Crossfire owners. Guess tuning Ferraris and Lamborghinis is more profitable?!?!?

I got a dyno based retune from Jerry a couple weeks ago in DC. No problems here.
