Default my SRT6 so far

Hi everyone, its been a while since I bought my crossfire and visited the forum so I wanted to give you guys an update. I started off by isolating the intercooler from the coolant via ball valves, I made and installed a custom 2.5 inch dual straight pipe exhaust with no secondary cats, muffler, or resonator. Next was a 65mm pully and ecu tune from eurocharged that gave me some amazing power gains and k&n filters to help her breathe. I de baged it, and painted several exterior pieces matt black including the grill, Chrysler logos, side vents, windshield trim, rear wing, wheels, and the bottom hatch pannel. I'll upload pictures tonight when I get home but until then you can visit my YouTube channel to see and hear how she runs.

Looking stealthy. Good job personalizing and making it your own. But way too loud for us old guys.
I'll give you 6 months for the novelty of the loud exhaust to end (or your ears hurting) before you install a muffler and/or resonator, lol. Have fun!
Also, when you can afford the time and money, a Needswings CAI would get you a little more gain. But you knew that.

Yea I was thinking I'll probably weld in some straight through glass packs, cherry bombs perhaps. Yes as soon as I get some spare money, the next step for me will be a needswings dcai, "let her eat" fuel upgrade, wideband o2 system and 185mm crank pulley :-)

Cherry Bomb Gear. 87522
I'll probably be installing these mufflers along with an x pipe since this is my daily driver that I do around 70 miles per day in.

Sorry to say, but IMO, those Cherry Bomb's won't remedy the crazy loudness and drone that you have going on. They may mello it a trifle bit; and perhaps you'd be happy w/ that, but it's still going to be crazy droney loud.

With the 65 mm SC pulley, the 185 mm crank pulley may be a bit too extreme. You might be better off going 178 or maybe 181. If you are tracking it, ok but for a daily driver, that's pretty extreme. An X pipe might help with the drone, it'll act like a small resonator and deepen the sound a bit but I agree with the guys, that would get on my nerves after a short while.

a 65 mm s/c and a 185 crank pulley exceeds the upper rpm limits of the s/c. by being too "extreme " it means you will likely kill the blower on a wot pull. i ran a 65 and a 178 and saw 22 psi boost

That is what I meant by "too extreme". Thanks for quantifying what I was trying to convey, and thanks for all your work on charting the figures for us, it gives a pretty clear picture of what will and will not work.

Ah that makes sense. So what's the maximum size crank pully I can run with the 65mm pulley without over spinning the sc? What part in the supercharger fails if it is spun past the max?
