Snpiee --
I have a pair of K&Ns from Needswings with OuterWears available, essentially new, if interested. Sent you a PM.

By the way I'm not anti-K&N, just telling you what I found others are saying about them.

You need to find some of these to fit the NW DCAI. Water resistant, dry (NO-oil) & no-maintenance for 100,000 miles!

Volant-HV Filters With Donaldson PowerCore® Filtration

This air filter is the most revolutionary on the market. Manufactured by Donaldson® to Volant's applications, this filter uses advanced technology for improved efficiency. This material is a high-quality synthetic, that won't deteriorate as easily as traditional paper element and cotton/gauze filter media, while also providing vastly improved filtration up to 99.97%. In addition, it's water resistant and never needs oiling. PowerCore Filtration Technology works by directing air into the front of the filter, where it is channeled into its fluted design. The channels are alternately sealed, allowing air to enter through an open flute and forcing it to exit out an adjacent flute. This allows the air to be filtered in one pass through the filter media with less restriction, allowing clean air to enter your engine for increased airflow and higher filtration efficiency. This technology allows the filter to include a 4 year or 100,000 miles warranty when used in urban conditions.

syfi is pulling your chain dude.
ANYTHING regarding ANY sort of electrical fan in the intake ( or in this case, non powered fan ) is pure BS when they say it adds horsepower.
As my daddy used to say : "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch"

You'd be amazed at how much dirt can pass through an engine with minimal damage being done. I knew guys who ran Baja without any filters at all and when the engine was torn down it didn't look any different than ones that were double filtered.

It's been cleaned and oiled many times over the years.
Decided to go with the DryFlow technology
