Hmm, does anyone have a picture of a graphite metallic and a machine gray Crossfire in the same picture? Would be nice to see the difference side by side!

That definitely looks machine grey... As another member suggested, the color has a bit of a blue tint to it.

Mine is a warmer grey... Seems the bulk of the MG SRT-6's were in Europe. There was one 2006 MG SRT here in Nashville, but I'm not sure if she still owns it.

And yes, only one interior configuration unless you got bored and swapped OEM components from another trim level

Allright, the VIN is not listed in the database so it is another Machine gray SRT made in 2006!
Well i guess all Machine grays are manufactured from 2006.

Looks machine grey to me. Also, definitely European version.

Wish they had them over here. I love that color. I have the Saphire Silver Blue color and love that too but the Machine grey is so rare.........

Man, this is a tough Pick to be honest.

Had my mind set on a black one and then the Machine gray one turned up and looks amazing as well. But the black one is incredible too...
Never seen the machine gray color in real life so it makes it even harder to choose!

Pros and Cons with the two colors then?

Lets see if we can talk me into one of them!

Black is too much trouble to keep looking tip top. I have a graphite SRT and love it! Why would you not want the color that is easier to maintain AND way more rare? That would be an easy choice for me.

The Machine gray one is: 6X068091
And the black one is: 6X068065

The second one is in the database (Black one) already though!

I have a black roadster and love it....keeping it clean is work...I actually loved the black one and wanted one in a coupe, but ended up with an aero blue.... I love the blue more now.... As Les stated....they are all beautiful.... Machine gray would certainly be more rare to own....plenty of black ones out there...

Yep - black can look great but it's a pain keeping it that way - speaking from experience, here.
MG is an awesome and very rare colour - and would have been my first preference if one of the two so far known in the UK had been available at the time...
So really, you're lucky to have a choice!
I don't know about numbers of LHD SRTs in Europe but there were only about 75 RHD coupes for the UK to start with (and a few of those have since died) so just grab one before someone else does. Assuming they are comparable price/condition/mileage etc, you won't be disappointed with either!

I will probably go with the Machine gray one to be honest.

And it seems like most of you would do the same as well!

Good choice. Color is a preference. I have a graphite coupe. I really like the color.
