Try a different usb port on your laptop - that was a remedy for me when I couldn't get it to flash properly.

Good idea . . . I will try that right now!

I really thought you were on to something but I tried all the different USB ports and no change . . . Guess I'll have to wait for a new cable from Eurocharge . . .

I would like to get an acknowledgement from someone about that green status bar in the lower left area of the software window. When I first open the software it is red halfway across that space . . . then in a few seconds it turns green but still is only halfway across that space. Is that what others see when using their software?

The left half turns green when i have the usb plugged into the obd2 and turn the key on. Then the whole bar turns green once it finishes connecting and getting the vehicle info

They had a Group Buy for the members of the Forum to introduce the V2 rollout (I believe) that was before Black Friday. I didn't have the $$$ for the offer at that time (March / April 2013?) so I saved my pennies and got in on the Black Friday offer when it can around.

Got the pulley and Tune installed, but now it seems to be idling bad and making a strange noise. I dont think its the pulley since it spins nice and smooth with the belt off. I took a video of the engine while running..Does it just take a little while to adjust to the new tune or could there be a problem with the pulley? Thanks for any info

They supplied 3. I used 3. I tried 0 and 3 and heard the same noise..its a different noise than before. Sounds like it wants to die and its idling bad.

Sean, I take it that the car is now stored for the winter and you have not been able to test drive it to see how it runs other than at idle?

It was a nice 50 degree day today. Alittle wet but I took it out after the pulley and it seemed ro drive fine..the noise was only there at idle.

Took the car out today, and when i got back the noise seemed to be gone..So it could be just when its not warmed up yet? I can feel a huge difference with the pulley and tune.

I received a replacement cable from Eurocharged yesterday. That was the problem . . . they originally sent me a defective cable! E-mailed my ECU file in to them this morning. The car is already noticeably faster with the 62mm pulley so I'm really excited to get my re-tune file back and reflash my ECU!

Hi,

I had exactly the same sound. It was there in the beginning but now its gone. Don't have any clue what it could have been.
