Iam about half lit.
Got some 60 chip led brake lamps, tried to photo them, camera cant do it, gets swamped out by the light. But they are better than stock. Also did the ebay tag lights, WOW they are great and really light it up about 4x the tungsten lamps............. Makes the car more visible in the night so it is a good deal for several reasons.
Iam buying several sets of led lights to see which ones are best, have lots of cars to swap the loosers into and the C gets the best ones, yeah. The 60 chip lights go in fine, but had to pull the tail light to get enough wire length, the factory connector is sooooo tight that you cant wiggle the light in without doing the pullout. Pull out is easy, three 8mm bolts and its out from the small trunk hatch door. Pulling the light makes the bulb installation very very easy
More when the rest of the leds arrive, gotta love ebay. WOody

Re: Iam about half lit.
Good deal.. I've been playing Pick a Turn signal.. One chinese set at $4.50 each.. "light wise" they work okay in the rear.. not impressed for fronts.. Another set with the optical lens.. work okay in the front .. not overly impressed.. $40 for the pair.
Note both advertised as Canbus error free.. Chinese light up dash when in the backup light position.. $40 are canbus compatable.
$40 dollar seller pre emailed about Hyper flash.. "should work fine".. not.
Chinese set didn't advertise on hyper flash.. but returned half on the canbus error..
Chinese...

Re: Iam about half lit.
I've bought a few sets of bulbs from this guy and ht makes a great product and stands behind his stuff. I had a bad one once and he sent a replacement out right away.
All his LED's don't throw errors and he's been selling for a while on the other forum. I don't think he has all your bulbs, but some of them.

Re: Iam about half lit.
I got some readings and info on the tail lights, other lights may vary I just do not have, the time to do them all at once.
The factory lights (bulbs) are as follows:
Tail light current draw with 12.5 volts applied.
LOW BEAM _ Running light 0.39 AMPS
BRAKE LIGHT 1.6 AMPS
MY 60 LED lights
Running light 0.050 AMPS
Brake light 0.20 AMPS
Back-up light 1.6 AMPS
LED Back-up light 0.22 AMPS
THe car needs to see some current to keep the bulb out indicator off. Testing showed that a 100 Ohm resistor across ground and the lamp lead would satisfy this value. If the led is working I found that a 300 Ohm resistor was enough to satisfy the indicator.
I would suggest , and I plan on using 100 Ohm resistors across the sockets, they should be at least 2 Watt resistors so as not to overheat. The Idiots on ebay are offering resistors that are 6 Ohms, which draw 2 AMPS and dissipate or release about 24 WATTS of heat. I have soldering irons that dissipate less power!!!and heat.
I did testing to see how the senor in the car worked and tried capacitors, no luck. The car needs to see a minimum of current and the 100 Ohm value I suggest draws E / R= 0.12 amps.
Here you go , did you know that LEDs dont draw ANY current if they are supplied about 2 or 3 volts??? Yup, the reds turn on above about 2.2 volts, the green about 3 volts and the blue needs even more voltage to turn on.. Red, blue, green?????????? WTH is that. Well there is no white leds, they are three RGB Leds in each white module.......Taaa Daaaa FYI.
Enjoy, Woody
BTW If there a significant interest, I can supply them.

Re: Iam about half lit.
Be kinda hard to shove those led panels into that hole anyways.. Did your auction list wattage or any other details? Looked at mine and it just says "Super Bright".. Not much help there..
