Thank you for responding to the VIN# database for your 2006 manufactured SRT6. You do have a rare SRT6, since only 296 were manufactured for that year. I've added the color and your name to the specific line of the database. It will appear at the next time I publish an update to the database.
Welcome to the Crossfire Forum, it's a wealth of information for your SRT6 relative to maintenance or performance modifications.
Enjoy your Crossfire, it is a great car....

Dennis, you are doing a great job. My car was manufactured in Oct 2005, it was registered Oct the following year, hence 2006.
One of 8 black RHD built that year.
My research shows so far, 88 of the 105 made. I have 28 cars with mileage and registration details only, they need matching to a Vin, so a possibility to complete the total RHD Coupes.

We are picking up 53563 today. Confirming that she is a 2005 SRT-6, aero blue. She has about 25K miles, and we are the 5th owner. She was originally a Chrysler exec-owned car (owner 1 and 2) for the first 10K miles before being sold to owner 3 for 13K miles and owner 4 for about 1K miles (he owned it less than a year before trading it in).
I would love to know what number in production she was out of all the SRT-6 roadsters built and what number in production overall. It's line #1664 in the spreadsheet, but I don't know if that correlates to anything.
We have named her Sapphire, and she will be loved.

Looks Sharp! Enjoy they are a blast!
I believe that is Aeroblue not Sapphire Silver Blue but you can call her anything you want.
Try and put some miles on her I have more than doubled the miles on mine since I bought it last year.
It is a waste to leave these cars just sitting.

The SRT6 looks really great, especially with the low mileage and I wouldn't worry about the other numerous owners. I've added your forum name to the specific line. Since Chrysler never released the details of the number of Crossfires and Crossfire SRT6's, they just released the total number manufactured, no detailed listing. According to the VIN# listing I maintain, we've collected 65.2% of the total manufactured since this was started in 2006. So, as of the last publish date of the database, your VIN# is listed as #1664 manufactured, but would change if we knew the true listing from Chrysler.
One of the first things I would do, is an oil change with a Mercedes or Mann fleece filter and 8.5 quarts of Mobil 1 oil (0 W 40 ), you can't rely on a dealer changing the oil with the proper oil and filter, since they go the cheapest way of service.
Welcome to the forum, it has a wealth of information at your fingertips, since it has been accumulated for 10+ years by using the "search" button at the top of the page.

This one looks like it was driven into a lake in Wisconsin, since the water level was over the roof of this roadster. Even though it was totally submerged, there are quite a few parts that could be salvaged such as body parts, windshield surround, upper grille, etc. Thanks for you effort to find these Crossfires. There will be quite a few like this in North & South Carolina as well.
Thanks...

X052481, 2005 aero blue SRT roadster with 105k miles in Nevada...a state that has 80 MPH highways.
Looking for an inexpensive (less than $5000) under 100K miles wrecked equivalent car. Not a water damaged car. Need electronics intact.

Thanks for the info, I've added your forum name to the existing line in the database and will appear at the next update. As to your request for parts, I would suggest that you post your request under the section: Wanted to Buy or the Cars For Sale sections, you will have a better chance of a response for the parts you need for your SRT6.
Good Luck in your search....

Thank you very much for the information for the serial #. When I search sites as Autotrader UK, they do not list the VIN/Serial#'s in their advertisements online, when compared to their USA site.
Thanks....
