I was in touch with Devin at Unitrax today, there are few of us that have the wavetrac in our cars, but I think mine is the best example of what Devon and I were talking about.

I have 10,000 miles on my wavetrac, and 144 quarter-mile runs,, don't know how many on the street but a bunch. So Devin and I discussed, me sending my rear and up to him, for him to take it apart see where the ware is if there is any, and just in general check out the rear end to make sure that it's, holding up as they said it would. the only thing is I don't have a spare, is there anybody out there that has a spare in that they would like to loan me, or sell it to me, this information will benefit all of us. I do have a 327 rear, if anybody has a ring and pinion. I could install that while I send mine up.as you know my car has the V8 in it with the increased horsepower and increased torque, if there is any ware, it will be in this one.to do this I need your help so chine in. All the people that have the wavetrac please let me know your thoughts on this.if you don't think this is a good idea let me know. Thanks jim

 

I dont have a spare but Im curious, how did you get the 327 rear to work? Im sure you dont have an Srt ECU so that may be why but id love for someone to make that work

Are you asking for the stock spider set up to put back in? If so, I have two as you know...I would be glad to send whatever you need JIM...if that is what you are asking...

 

how did you get the 327 rear to work?
I didn't,, it goes first gear,second gear, limp mode. the only difference in the srt rear and the limited rear is the ring and pinon,,srt 307,,,limited 327

I have the center section which houses the spider gears and pin. ( mine has the 327 gears in it.)

what i need is a srt rear, complete,, or the srt ring and pinon .
