I just replaced my steering dampener. That thing was shot. I can't believe how nonfunctional it was. With that said, at 90k+ miles, I can't imagine what the shocks are like. I'd like to change them but whats the thoughts on Koni's with stock springs? Eibach springs sound great but I'm sure I want to start chasing camber correction. I want to keep this car as close to stock. Famous last words?

FWIW, camber correction is not as traumatic or expensive as you may think. I have an Eibach kit, forum member MikeR's adjustable rear camber arms and the factory front camber washers added. My alignments stay in factory spec.

I had my adj koni shock with the stock NA springs in my car and factory srt6 springs in my car.

They make the rough srt6 springs ride like an NA
They make the NA springs feel like driving on a cloud.

or you can firm them up... whatever you want. it will take a few trips to sort them out to how you like it!

I give them the thumbs up!

Installed the Koni's over the weekend. To my surprise, the original shocks had what felt like good compression and rebound. I wonder if they've been replaced at some point? Either way, the Koni's are great. I've driving only 30 miles or so on 1/2 turn in from fully soft. Feels great!
