nope, I have no need to compensate for other things with the size of my wing!
but it would be nice to be able to have a picnic everywhere I go!

Proper care and feeding of your wing would include NOT putting any pressure on it than is absolutely neccessary. Ask anyone with cracked stand off's.
To close the lid, lightly push on the trunk, not the wing, and don't slam it.
It doesn't sound like there's many extra wings left out there.
Just fyi.
