both sides are a 90* swivel an-6 fitting. the placement of the drivers side fitting is crucial to the ease of install and very easy to ruin the rail as it can cause the tube for the injector to be comprimised if improperly fitted. i wouldnt recommend a diy on this guys

It all looks simple until you get to the drivers side. Do they thread the end rail or did they weld an AN-6 fitting on the end to screw to? Are the rail walls thick enough to thread? No, I wouldn't attempt that part myself.

I agree with this. You really need weld on bungs because the rail stock is so thin.

How is that OEM end rail plug installed? Is that like a little freeze plug pressed in there? It's been holding 60+/- psi for us w/o leaking.

the fittings are tig welded with argon gas backpurged. the cups that hold the injectors on are super thin as is the rail. again its not a diy unless your a expeirienced tig welder and know how far to cut back the rail

Which Steve can attest to, probably took a dozen iterations of the rail to get it to the point it is at today.

I am really sorry for slacking, this week has been a bit of a whirlwind. New tires going on today, new intake manifold gaskets going on friday night, Cars & Coffee Saturday...I promise I will get it up soon. I will probably take some additional pictures with a real DSLR to get just the right shot

Or you can machine the ends for a tight fit into the rail and use silver braze and MAP gas.
