Default Warranty Options Srt6

The warranty on both SRT's are coming to a close. Is it worth getting the extended maxcare warranty. Below are the quotes from Chrysler.

UM3200N
3 YEARS / UNLIMITED MILEAGE - $200 DEDUCTIBLE - 3 YEARS / UNLIMITED MILEAGE

3,255.00
195.30
3,450.30

UM5200N
5 YEARS / 70,000 MILES - $200 DEDUCTIBLE - 5 YEARS / 70,000 MILES

3,640.00
218.40
3,858.40

I am thinking it is not worth it. But, who can predict the future. I/we do plan on keeping the cars. The $200 deductible is the reason I would most likely go without the warranty.

Check with your credit union. I got really good warranties on both of mine from them. Both of mine with 48 months were about $2500 - that is for 2 cars!!!

I paid $2035 with $200 deduct for 5 years 70k MORE miles from Micheal; it is their Max Care Plan---Check the forum and find his number. Just FYI, you can neg the deduct with a shop/ dealer, if they want the business. I ran a repair shop for 10 years; I would cut or reduce a customers deduct if the bill was high enough---a $300 job does not have much room, but a $3000 job does.

Looks like 2007 is the oldest year Chrysler Warranty goes when I get a quote for one? Any tips or suggestions to get one for a 2005 SRT-6?
