Default Some ?'s

When the previous owner had the car, he had minor front end accident and apparently when he hit the grill was damaged and the shrouds that cover the valve covers that the drive belts were damaged/removed and not replaced. I would like to purchase used/new ones. Does anyone know where they can be obtained? I am not even sure what they are called. Also, I have found a couple of things that I am not sure what they are. One is a hose that has some kind of intake filter on it and is connected to the top of the valve cover. It does not look stock. What is that for? The other thing is these metal devices on the front bumper near the headlights. There is one of these on each side of the car. I've taken pictures. The last thing is in the car jack area, there is a space in the styrofoam on the right that is empty and is probably supposed to contain something. Anyone know what is suppose to go in that space? Thanks for the help.

A while back some one put a splitter on and these look like mounts for the struts.

Medical kit goes in that area, but doesn't come in american cars since it's not required by law. (Spot in the styrofoam that is empty)

You're looking for an engine cover,

this is correct, at one point 2 owners ago there was a large splitter on the front.

This is one way to push oil back into the atmosphere. I can't remember exactly what it's called, but that tube should be connected to your throttle body so the oil can go through the engine again.

I can answer a couple of the questions. The car has an aftermarket intake, and therefore the engine cover will probably not fit, it is what covers the belts, so I guess that is what you are refering to, here's a pic of my vert with a benz cover, so you can see what I mean
The hose with the filter attachment, is the breather, and should be connected to the intake, Needswings intakes have a hose tapped off especially for this.
The brackets on the bottom , in the third picture are not stock, so I have no idea what they are for

Oh wait, the thing that goes over the valve covers is the air box. OEM intake. You've got a cold air intake on, and the OEM airboxes won't fit because of that.
