I used a NAPA part #T42194 as the smooth pulley to take the place of the stock SC idler and moved the stock pulley down to the hole just above the alternator using a m10 x 3 1/2" bolt with a locking nut and washer. The belt goes over the stock relocated pulley and under the new NAPA pulley and wraps the sc pulley more than 3/4 of the way around.

The belt is stock and the engine has 8,736 miles so the same for the belt. It is not strreched out and the tensioner is about 5/8 through its travel. Not maxxed out. This was just a solution I came up with not something anyone else has to try......Just my way of devising a solution to belt slippage. The T42194 smooth pulley works perfect for this for me.
