as stated earlier in the thread, even getting 2nd gear to run only a little lean does not solve 3rd, 4th, or 5th, right now i bet i can tell you what is happening...
1st gear feels great
2nd gear pulls like a freight train until the high rpms (~5500) where the afr raises into the 13's and the car noses over
3rd gear pulls like a **** until ~ 5000rpms when it noses over from high AFR into the neighborhood of 15-17:1, knock and then pulled timing
4th gear should even be attempted at wot as the problem only gets worse, same for 5th
a lot of us have been there and done this, please take this from someone that has seen more modified srt6 datalogs than i bet anyone (including those that tune ECU's) and i have seen this scenario happen 40 times.
i hope you did find the solution to this, i really do, but just that pump doesn't do it IMO
shoot over a datalog and we can discuss what is happening - rob
i dont see what datalogger you have, i hope its a zeitronix with dashdaq, if so record...
rpm
tps
afr
boost
timing
ait
ect
speed

I use an archaic datalogging program from Palmer Performance (PCM Scan Pro), which enables me to log everything the big $$ programs do. Yes, it's not the uber-expensive, big dollar system money-bags Steve has, but it gets the job done.
My cost for the software and OBD-to-USB cable was under $200. In all honesty, I did send them a check I filled out with a crayon. That's all I had at the time.

Here are my two options so far, both are 550cc:
The part number I found is 156028550.
EV1 - Import Fuel Injectors - Custom Milled High Performance Impreza WRX and Mazda RX7 Siemens Injectors - 028BMW550
$435
C32 AMG 2002-04 | Mercedes | European | Fuel Injectors | DeatschWerks
$499
Due to being cheap, I'll be searching for less expensive alternatives.

Hay grip, have you even talked to Rob yet you know he is in the for the cars not the money look at this ,, maybe you should give him a call. jim

note this part of the above:
from Needswings fuel system on Needswings site.
We intentionally did not add larger injectors to the SRT6 due to wanting the car to run properly during not wide open throttle operation also. Larger injectors would be "broad swording" the issue and the car would be running extremely rich while normal driving. We have seen our fuel system supply more than enough fuel for 25psi thru the factory injectors at a factory injector duty cycle.

Thanks Jim, but I simply cannot justify spending that kind of money for the full setup. I just don't have it.
Re: Stacked pulleys - 23psi with no codes. :)
you may not have to, you already have the pump you just need the set up with the reg. I have his system on my car and i am not using a walbro pump,, I needed it for the V8,,, he did say to you"shoot over a datalog and we can discuss what is happening - rob" he is willing to help, and between him and Rudy, those two know more about a crossfire than all 8000+ forum members put together. jim
