Default Solving my traction problems!!! Pics!!!

I hope this solves my traction problems. 295/30/19' Pirelli Pzero Rosso. For 295's these run large, as many know there is variation in size ratings by tire manufacturers. These were 911 turbo take offs at probably 85% tread. Do not take to a chain retailer, they will booger up your wheels and say they cannot make the tires work. I was impatient during the holidays and my tire guy was off on Friday. Sears was the only one open. Do not try this there, it will not work. Took to my special tire shop, no problem; however, they did say it took 3 guys to get on. Look great. Here are a couple of pics unmounted comparing the continental 255's to the pirelli 295's. I'll get some more pics of them mounted on the car. Bolted the first up, fit fine. I'll get the other done today and try her out.

For future reference, if summer time throw your tires in the sun. It will help mounting them on smaller rims, especially with smaller aspect ratios.

Bad news, it won't solve your traction problem. I'm on 285's and I still have traction problems.

Sweet... need something like this to solve your traction issues.

You're an animal! What tires do you have up front, the NT01 to match?

I'm somewhat relieved to know that others are having traction problems on the SRT-6. I have stock sized Hankook for now and constantly have the traction control kick in especially on slight turns or curves.

You guys have got to lighten that foot. I use to spin in 2nd gear at the Dragon on those sharp right turns, but other than that I always had grip. That is unless I was intentionally trying to spin my tires. Remember if you're squealling you're losing time

4 and all in a different vehicle.
1 in a SRT6
1 in a Mazda Miata
1 in a Pontiac Firebird
and 1 in a SLK55

but that has nothing to do with losing traction. I never said my foot doesn't go to the floor, it just takes longer to get there.

I have 555's up front.

I just realized that I've never taken pics straight on from the rear............I figured nobody would want to see them since that's all they ever see of my car anyways.

I have this one for now.........
