i've had a similair issue since I first put mine one. I've put on about 500 miles and haven't had a chance to put the old one back on yet. What kind of damage will be done if it isn't changed soon?

Please elaborate.
65mm?
What version?
You bought it new from Eurocharged? When?
How many miles on it?
Was it steel, aluminum or black color?
What broke? Dog bone springs? Backing plate?

Thank you in advance.

It appears to be the 61mm EC pulley that was known to fail.

I think had it been hard anodized and cryo treated ort a better grade of Alloy it would be fine.

Like I said I hope they are just having a little production hiccup and will get us taken care of soon.

Got an email tonight from Philip Bulderbergs @ Eurocharged.. Now thats cool.
How much you want to bet its just a hiccup as I said in the other thread.

Will tell you the car pulled freakishly hard with that pulley. I need that

I may be wrong but I think they stopped producing the 61mm pulley quite a while ago because of the issues. Don't think they have an alternative other than the 65mm.
