At carlisle this year I had my improved inlet system on display for thoes that wanted to see my design for this year. (Last year was the LED brake lights in the rear spoiler.)
As an autocrosser I have been plagued by the SLOOOW throttle response and have been working for about a year to get it road worthy. If there is interest in the design, Rob may be making this available thru Needswings.
The much greater air flow into the engine at the bottom end should be significant on the dyno. I had punched the gas once on the original street tires and it went first - second - third - fourth in about 2 seconds total time , no lie. So there is a gain and the dyno chart will occure after the heat wave passes and I get time to get to the local tuning dyno.
I would guess that there will be a gain thru the power band with something like another 7 -10 hp at the top end, but the buttometer may be off a bit. The torque gain will be more pronounced below 4000 where I need it most.
More information will be available as I get the data to back it up. Hope you enjoy the design as much as I did making it. My TIG welding is not the best but Iam having fun. Enjoy, Woody
BTW the water spots are caused by the big downpour we got into driving to carlisle!

Did you enlarge the current throttle body mounting position?
If not, to make this mod easy and support the continued use of the current available intakes (needwings duel, SL55, etc.), can I recommend considering a throttle body replacement spacer. This way we could remove the throttle body, install the spacer, reconnect our current intake and attach the throttle bodies in the configuration you have. The only additional parts that would be needed by SRT owners who already have intakes would be the throttle spacer plate, duel throttle wiring harness, additional throttle body and mounts to connect the throttle bodies in the positions you have shown. The mod would be relitively easy to duplicate and install.

Can you explain how this can help with throttle lag? I think I have an idea, I know you autocross race, so if your on and off the throttle having a decent amount of space between intake and T.B. there is more fesh air for the engine to use even when you roll off the throttle. when its like the factory setup once throttle is eased the airflow is cut quick, Am I close? Also, does your balanced intake manifolds help with this?

Thats hard to see as the boost changes at each rpm. At 2000 the needle is moving so fast that the boost is constantly moving. At the wide open throttle its the same. Your using the same supercharger and the dual inlet that I designed a year ago, which reduced the restriction at the SC inlet so much that there is little gain in a static situation.
This is for the transient - going into the throttle faster and better response. As I get it your going to see more street power and bottom end plus a modest top end gain. Again, its for the bottom and low end improvement.
I need to get to the intake and see that my gaskets are all tight as in the summer Iam getting 18 psi AT THE INTAKES, not the wye pipe. THere is the difference there because of the friction on the intake runners, which is why Rob made the better intakes with large ROUND inlet runners . They flow more air and lower the indicated boost pressure at the outlet of the supercharger; BUT increase the inlet boost pressure at the inlet valve seats. Remember that the more flow OUT, the LESS pressure available from the supercharger; with all other parameters being held the same.
