I like dark greens, especially with dark accents. Those pictures were taken on a rainy day.. the car would look totally different in the middle of summer.

miker im just not sure . never had a green car . price is a bit high. just found another black 02 1 owner with 36,700 miles for 18.900$ if its a 2 tone interior it might be the 1!

 

I really like it. I've had about 3 green cars and never got tired of them, and I keep cars along time.

 

I like the green also, but would like a two tone or tan interior...... fortunately I dont need another 2 seater at this point....

 

Check out my signature, nobody made a green paint job like BMW did in the 1970's.

The color on this Bimmer Coupe is Turquise, an original BMW color for that Model Year.

They also made an Orange color in the '70's that was way too loud for even my tastes, and looked funky on the BMW2002's...lol...

 

Steve I'm liking the green more and more with each passing day. Adding some color to the inside would be relatively cheap, as you could either dye it (like SRT SIX did) or you could get new center inserts in the seat lik FP did on his roadster.

Considering the rarity of the green... something to consider. Worth a plane ticket, at least.

I really like the green on touring coupes, especially with saddle tan interior - class all the way, not sure about it on a screaming 32 with black interior....

 

seems white is the rarest color besides the designo colors. i have a line on a red 04 with 35k on it waiting on pics. gonna pass on the green, while its unique i dont think its what im looking for. white red or maybe another black. i found a sweet black 02 with 36k thats is very reasonable so i made an offer . time will tell!

 

Red is an exciting color but more of a high vis. L.E.O. magnet. You seem to be more of a Black or White kinda guy there 32, lol. Good luck with your search.

 

ive been told i see things in black and white no gray (or silver!) areas!
the red would be my favorite color but seems we are about 1500$ apart and they just got the car so they arent hungry to negotiate yet. guess im still waiting for the right car to come buy.

 

Were you looking at the Red 32 at Phil Smart? That this is good looking...and only 10k miles.

 

i did look at it but they are extremely proud (or stupid) of their car. no way im paying 29k for a 7 yr old car!! it doesnt have the k4 option or even the remote cd changer. the sad thing is there is no added money for a car with 1 mile over a car with 39,999 miles. the added value is the same on nada or kbb. the salesman reason for such a high price was they paid a lot on tradein! told him not my problem that they overpaid for the car i wouldnt be!

 

Good things come to those who wait Steve! SLK-32's are so rare in Australia, I've only seen 1 for sale in Aus in around 4 years and its super expensive. Happens to be red actually

I was randomly searching auto websites and found another black SRT-6 for a bargain price and snapped it up I couldnt resist lol!

I remember one of your counterparts posted a few pictures of his white SLK-32 a few weeks back, its absoutly mouth watering!
