I, too, have to confront the IC pump replacement issue on my SRT6 in the near future. I notice that Johnson sells two versions of the CM30P7-1: one with 16mm fittings and one with 20mm fittings.

Which is the appropriate one for the SRT6?

Hi Mark
In the manual that came with the pump (which I ordered from Eurcharged to make sure I got the right one) it says
CM10P7-1 has the 16 mm connection and
CM30P7-1 has the 20 mm connection. (One I got for the SRT-6). There are 2 different types of the CM30P7-1 noted in the manual but the difference is voltage 12V or 24V not connection size. Hope this helps.

johnson just recently came out with 3 different versions of the cm30. 12v .625 fittings
12v .75 fittings
24v .75 fittings...

middle is what you want.

Thanks Jake. So is Eurcharged selling the middle one? Since 20 mm = 0.7874 inches and 0.625 inches = 15.875 mm

CM10P7-1 has the 16 mm connection and
CM30P7-1 has the 20 mm connection.

Nice job on the directions. I have a question for anyone who might know. What are the hose sizes on the pump? I found a source for the pump but they have two CM30P7-1 models. The difference is the size for the hoses. Does anyone know what size the hoses are? In mm of course. Thanks

Do these pumps help intercooling performance or just last longer?

different discussions on the flow rates between the cm30 and oem bosch. typically it lasts longer than the bosch. real i/c performance can be had with the supercooler

I am in process of replacing my pump. Does anyone know where to connect the vacuum hose off the old pump?
Thanks
