I believe you can tap the camshaft position sensor at the ECU, connector C3, pin #2.....

Where are you making your ground connection then? A lot of times the issues with these when you're grabbign a signal from sensors on the engine is the ground differential if you're not using the same ground path as the sensor. Here is a little install guide I made a few months back to help people out. Big thing is getting all your grounds in the same place and pulling your power from the same place the ECU is getting it so your 12VDCs, 5VDCs and grounds are all uniform. If you do have the tach input on the cam sensor wire on C3-P2, maybe redo the rest and see if that helps. If not, you may have a cam sensor that's on it's way out. Good luck and BTW, you need more fuel up top as you should be running 11's with that much boost. I'm curious how much timing your engine was pulling at those AFRs.

160runat77psifuel.png

another 160mph run... uped the fuel to 77 psi.. getting closer i beleave
my 2nt afr gauge is showing a lil lower then what the Z is picking up .. about -1.0 or so .. its befor the 2nt cats.. and the Z one is about 6in after the turbo on the exhaust... It was about 50 degrees out at the time also

looks like a 23sec from 0 to 160 or around there also

Interesting!

Do you know your Intake Air Temperature at 28PSI? How much Ignition Timing are you running at redline and how much ignition timing is pulled back if you stay longer on the throttle?

Do you have the possibility to measure your Speed (160 MPH) with GPS, e.g. Garmin?
23 sec. for 0-160 MPH is not bad...

Good luck with your Project and stay safe!

What I'd like to know is just how far did you travel in those 23 seconds?
How much road did it take to get to 160? And, then, how much more road
did it take to get back down to 0. It would be interesting to compare that
with the brochure stated info of 0 - 100 - 0 mph at around 15 seconds.

Its almost there. Board out to stock size but put steal sleeves in and upgraded the pistons with Ross pistons also lowerd the compression to 8.5 to 1 to be able to run higher boost

Awsome living the dream... wish i still had my srt6. I went with 8.0 compression pistons on the 2.4Liter turbo I'm building. was almost talked into getting 8.5 compression but i wanted to be able to run it on 91 octane at 24+psi.
