Replace the metal gaskets with the cork ones.

glad to hear it was worthwhile. mine is still sitting in the garage. i definitely need to get around to installing it. report back to us if you notice any difference power or cooling ability. i have a feeling that after this oil/blowby is taken out with the catch can, we may see a little bit cooler temps. just a thought.

not sure about cooler temps but i do believe taking the oil out of the air being sent to the t/b should get an extra horse or 2!
only took mne an hour or so to do it josh, like i said in the email routing the hoses was the hardest part. i wanted them to be as straight as possible and also look like they should be there. lots of rearranging went on. in the end worth it!
unlike you guys out west we dont have any cooling issues at all this time of yr. with temps in the 50's during the day and high 30's at nite the s/c is making massive power!! with my tighed supercooler i never have shutdown issues. hoping tony can do the -10 fan mod when i get my tune.

You must be talking about the SW. The PNW is cool/cold (and very wet) right now. Any your are correct, the SRT LOVES this cold air. It is scary how quick it will take off right now.....

the reason i didnt do it this way was i took the opportunity while the manis were off to clean them the t/b opening and the s/c inlets and get all the old oil off. also even with the t/b off routing them is a challenge to make it look clean. it can be done either way im just a clean freak!

yah Rob gave me directions for doing the TB method or the Manifold method. i'll probably just use the prior method though i do have new gaskets in case i go with the manifold method
