Didn't someone on here say at one point in time that the pump for the REST system is the same as the one for the Intercooler? I might be wrong on that, but that's what I think I remember.

If it is, why not swap the REST pump for the intercooler, since I'm sure you use the supercharger a heck of a lot more than the REST system.

BC.

I had to chuckle a little bit.
If it really is your pump, then the new supercharger will not work either.

+1. I may have made a joke about letting them replace your S/C for free...but seriously, you need to put the kabosh on that real quick. Have them change the I/C pump, if it doesn't fix it....then there are other issues, like the S/C or whatever those boneheads wnat to tell you it is...

Don't back down, if they want to replace the S/C then tell them they have to replace the pump first and see if it fixes it. if it does, great; if not, then you can look into other things. I mean seriously put your foot down and tell them that you want the I/C pump replaced before they touch the supercharger, or threaten to give it back...just a suggestion.

I got my car back and it hauls like the last one. I spent the day giving it a good bath and adding a good coat of wax (synthetic). Now all I need to do is get my new tags so I can take this stupid drive-out tag off my back window and get the windows tinted . I'm super excited.
