From this information, it looks like i'll be replacing the bearings on my idler, tensioner and s/c @ 50K miles no matter what... perhaps even change the lube oil in s/c?? Good preventive maintenance..

turnaround time was 3 weeks but that was just because they had to special order a bearing and i shipped it to them just right before the holidays. shipping itself takes 4 days ground, one way.

yea.. i wouldn't be surprised if this bearing / sc issue become just as prevalent as the intercooler issue once people starts putting down the miles on their cars.
